Stepmothers

A punk-metal hybrid act that formed in California in 1977 and lasted until 1983, over the course of their short lifespan the Stepmothers contained approximately 13 or so members; released singles, EPs, and albums on three different labels (Bomp, Slash, and Posh Boy); and had only one member to last the whole trip, Steve Jones (aka John Henry Jones, later of the Unforgiven) on guitar and vocals. ...more
