50 Cent Parts Ways With Interscope

New year, new label, new rapper.
After 12 years with Shady/Aftermath/Interscope Records, 50 Cent has moved on. The rapper has now signed a worldwide distribution and services deal with Caroline/Capitol/UMG.
His first album under the new agreement will be Animal Ambition, which will be released on June 3.
Be prepared for a Fitty onslaught.
Album pre-orders will begin on March 18 and fans will immediately receive two instant grat tracks and the corresponding videos will premiere online.
An additional song and video will launch each week leading up to the album's release.
"I have had great success to date with Shady/Aftermath/Interscope and I'd like to thank Eminem and Dr. Dre for giving me an incredible opportunity," the rapper said. "I've learned so much from them through the years. I am excited to enter this new era where I can carry out my creative vision."
That was a classy statement for the rapper to make.
