50 Cent was involved in a car wreck last month. The rapper was driving in Long Island, New York when his vehicle collided with a Mack truck on the highway. He was transported a hospital via stretcher and had a battery of tests on his neck and back but was ultimately cleared and escaped with just a minor set of injuries.

The rapper recalled the accident to MTV, saying, "(The truck driver) tried to brake, his load shifted and he lost control and he ran into the back of (my) truck. It did more damage to the Mack truck than it did to my truck, because I've got a level six – it's a bulletproof vehicle. It's the same standard as what they're moving Obama around in."

We all know Fitty needs the same type of protection and security as 'Bama.

He also shot down the notion that the accident was staged as a stunt aimed to drum up publicity for his new album. Some people thought he faked it since he emerged unscathed. He ain't havin' none' that. "Trust me, I have enough money to not hit myself with a Mack truck to try to get a few dollars. What's the thought process on this? It makes no sense to me," he said.
