50 Cent to Release Fitness Guide

50 Cent, who has already published several works of fiction, is putting out a fitness book that's set to be published in January 2013 by Avery Books. The Associated Press reports that the book, Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan, will focus on metabolic resistance training as the key to getting in shape. It will also include a nutrition guide.
Why a fitness book? Because he wants to inspire people to "make positive changes and take charge of their overall health."
Would you take fitness advice from 50 Cent? He is in shape, mind you.
