Aaron Lewis of Staind and Music Video Director / Photographer Fran Strine To Kickstart "Shame on America" Documentary

Every day men and women put their lives on the line for our freedom overseas.
However, they deserve a lot more respect, attention, and love than they are receiving. Horrifically, more than 20,000 Iraq and Afghanistan veterans have been homeless at some point in the past five years, and one in every five veterans has Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). These veterans need to be recognized for their selfless defense of the United States, and they need to be supported.
Like true patriots, Staind singer Aaron Lewis is co-producing the documentary Shame on America with music video director and photographer Fran Strine—the director and producer of the film. It's a riveting documentary putting a spotlight on these veterans and bringing these issues to the light that all of the mainstream media should be shining on them. Lewis and Strine are pushing the enveloped, doing things independently, and creating this piece for an amazing cause. These returning soldiers are the backbone of this country.
Today Strine and Lewis launched a Kickstarter campaign for the project. Visit it here to pledge to the project here and get truly phenomenal opportunities in return including everything from signed pictures to an executive producer credit in IMDB on the film.
