AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd, who was arrested earlier this fall for allegedly seeking to put out hits on two men, has pleaded not guilty to possessing drugs and making a threat to kill. The attempt to procure murders charge was dropped due to lack of evidence.

His lawyer Paul Mabey formally entered not guilty pleas on Rudd's behalf for the charges of threatening to kill and possessing methamphetamine and cannabis.

Rudd is due to stand trial next year.

What is your fave AC/DC song? The band's new album, Rock or Bust is out now.
