Former AC/DC drummer Chris Slade may replace Phil Rudd in the band while the latter deals with legal drama.

Reports indicated that the band asked Slade to rejoin 20 years after he left AC/DC so that original drummer Rudd could return. Rudd was fired in 1983. So Rudd will be replaced by his replacement... again! Rudd also replaced his replacement!

Rudd, 60, pleaded not guilty to charges of threatening to kill and drug possession. He was originally accused of attempting to procure the murder of two men, but that charge was eventually dropped due to lack of evidence. Still, the red flags have been raised.

What is your fave AC/DC song?
