AC/DC and new lead singer Axl Rose have announced full details of their re-scheduled United States tour dates. The AC/DC "Rock or Bust" world tour will be returning to America for ten final shows in August and September. The shows are scheduled to take place in Greensboro, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, Buffalo, New York, Washington, and Philadelphia. Original tickets will be honored for all rescheduled dates, and refunds will be available at point of purchase.
In 2014, AC/DC released their 17th studio album, Rock or Bust. Since then, the band has been touring around the globe. Unfortunately, lead singer Brian Johnson was forced to step down after being advised by doctors that he risked total hearing loss if he continued to perform live. Axl Rose agreed to join AC/DC in place of Brian Johnson, and the band kicked off the European leg of their tour on May 7th in Lisbon. The first United States, rescheduled show of the "Rock or Bust" world tour is set for August 27th in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Axl Rose is currently set to tour with Guns N' Roses. The "Not In This Lifetime" tour will begin June 23rd at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. GNR will play a total of 20 stadium shows over a period of two months. The concert series will take them across North America, with dates scheduled for Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Atlanta, Houston, San Francisco, and many more. The tour is set to concluded August 22nd at San Diego, California's Qualcomm Stadium, making it just five days between Guns N' Roses and AC/DC tours.
