    All eight of Lady Gaga's Asian tour dates on the Monster Ball tour have sold the hell out, raking in $45 million in sales.

    Billboard reports that the tour is on track to have one of the highest grossing tours in music history.

    Congrats to Gaga. Remember, one of the shows was canceled despite being sold out, due to threats from religious extremists who feared she would topple Indonesia's moral standards and erase their moral codes.
