Phillip Phillips, the cute and talented winner of Season 11 of American Idol, who reminds us a bit of Dave Matthews, will release his debut album in 2013. It's looking like either January or February.
He won't record until after his tour ends in September. "They really want to give me some time to make an album that represents me," the 21-year old singer explained to a radio station. That's certainly a good enough reason to make fans wait and for Double P to take his time.
His single "Home" is a huge, platinum hit.
