Playing a woman who dies and goes to heaven
Amy Adams' Ten Best Days
Amy Adams may star in the film adaptation of The Ten Best Days of My Life. Twentieth Century Fox has acquired the screen rights to Adena Halpern's 2007 novel and is developing it as a starring vehicle for Adams. Shawn Levy may direct the film. Both Adams and Levy were big fans of the book.Adams would play a woman who dies and goes to heaven but may be demoted to a lower level in the afterlife unless she can recount the 10 best days of her life. The film will also represent Adams' first foray into producing, as she will partner with Levy under his 21 Laps banner. This is the second time Adams and Levy have worked together. The pair first collaborated on Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, which Fox will release on Memorial Day of next year. Adams plays female aviator Amelia Earhart, and Levy directed and produced the pic.
