Amy Winehouse Foundation is Back on Track

Mitch Winehouse announced, amidst his grief, that he was going to establish The Amy Winehouse Foundation to help young British people struggling with substance abuse issues and addictions. Since his daughter had similar problems, Winehouse was hoping to distill his grief into support for others.
However, a web savvy person snatched the domain name and the foundation name and registered it as an official company. That move forced Mitch to return the charity donations that were given to help launch and fund the operation. Since he didn't own the name, he couldn't open a bank account.
After squabbling in the press with the owner of the name and the website domain, The Sun, with Winehouse calling the owner a "dickhead," things appear to have been cleared up. Winehouse tweeted: "We have finally sorted the company and web site names. So now we can get cracking."
Sounds like a victory for Winehouse.
