Amy Winehouse Inquest May Be Invalid

The inquest into Amy Winehouse's death may be declared invalid since the coroner in charge of conducting the investigation did not have the correct qualifications for the role. In essence, she wasn't qualified to do the job. Ouch. That sucks.
In October, Suzanne Greenaway stated that Winehouse had died of "unintended consequence of drinking too much alcohol." In essence, she drank herself to death.
But Greenaway resigned from her job just a month after completing the investigation into Winehouse's death because she did not meet the strict guidelines over the appointment of coroners, per WENN.
In order to meet the guidelines, she would have needed to have been a solicitor in the Law Society for at least five years, but she had only been part of the org for less than three years. So her resume was not at the level at which it needed to be.
It could mean her inquest on Winehouse could be declared "illegal."
How should the coroner's office handle this one?
