Axl Rose's "Guitar Hero" Suit Headed to Courts

Gaming giant Activision has ceased making new editions of Guitar Hero, but the lawsuit Axl Rose filed against the company regarding usage of Guns N' Roses music alongside images of guitarist Slash will move forward. The always temperamental W. Axl is suing the gamer for $20 million, since they used the band's signature hit "Welcome to the Jungle" in Guitar Hero III alongside images of Slash, which apparently was in violation of a deal point in which Rose said the song cannot be used in conjunction with images of Slash. I know, that makes absolutely no sense, since Slash is an iconic guitarist and he PLAYED ON THE SONG! But the Axl/Slash feud must be that bitter.
The suit will hit the courtroom in January 2012, which is a long time from now.
What do you think of Axl's demands?
