CartBarbra Streisand to Be Honored at Chaplin Awards in April

Barbra Streisand will be honored at the 40th annual Chaplin Award Gala in April.
The legendary singer and actress will be feted by the Film Society of Lincoln Center at the event held in New York.
Film Society chairman Ann Tenenbaum said Streisand is "an artist whose long career of incomparable achievements is most powerfully expressed by the fact that her acclaimed Yentl was such a milestone film. We welcome her to the list of masterful directors who have been prior recipients of the Chaplin Award Tribute."
