Beastie Boys Seek Dismissal of Trouble Funk Lawsuit

It's Trouble Funk vs. The Beastie Boys. TufAmerica, which is Trouble Funk's label, filed a suit against The Beastie Boys back in May, right before the death of Adam Yauch aka MCA, which caused a delay.
The suit claims copyright infringement, unjust enrichment and misappropriation; Trouble Funk claims the Beastie Boys illegally sampled them on License to Ill and Paul's Boutique.
The label is seeking both a permanent injunction on the sale of the records with the samples and punitive damages. For their part, the Beastie Boys claim that the suit should be dismissed since there is no substantial similarity between the groups and their songs.
Team Trouble Funk or Team Beastie Boys?
