CartBen Affleck + Jennifer Lopez Remain Friendly

Bennifer imploded in 2004, but the people who comprised that portmanteau couple –Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez—remain on friendly terms.
Affleck told The Hollywood Reporter that they stay in touch and discuss professional matters. He revealed, "We don't have the kind of relationship where she relies on me for advice, but we do have the kind of relationship where there'll be an e-mail saying, 'Oh, your movie looks great.'" No one said that about Gigli, the bomb in which they both co-starred and nearly killed his career.
Affleck continued, "I remember when she got American Idol. I said, 'This was really smart. Good luck.'"
The actor/director also said, "I touch base. I respect her. I like her. She's put up with some stuff that was unfair in her life, and I'm really pleased to see her successful."
So they are in a good, post-relationship place.
His wife and baby mama Jennifer Garner is fine with the fact that they exchange pleasantries, too. She is not jealous or threatened by a friendly relationship between the former Bennifer.
