    Björk, Belle & Sebastian and R. Kelly have been announced as the headliners for the 2013 edition of the Pitchfork Music Festival. That's eclectic. Left-of-center pop singer. Indie rock. R&B star!

    The festival is set for July 19 through July 21 at Union Park in Chicago.

    There will be over 40 artists on the bill, with more additions being revealed in coming weeks.
