Bob Marley's Family Wins Court Battle Over Marketing of Singer's Image

If you desire a Bob Marley bobblehead or plush toy, well, you're going to have to make one yourself or you're going to have to do without, as a federal jury has sided with the late reggae legend's family in ruling against a Nevada company accused of making and selling apparel featuring Marley's image and likeness.
Jurors ruled against AVELA and owner Leo Valencia, awarding $300,000 in damages to a company owned by Marley's family, according to The Associated Press.
A lawyer told the jury in Las Vegas that Bob Marley's children don't want to see their patriarch portrayed as a bobblehead or a plush toy.
