Bob Marley's Widow + Kids Settle Trademark Lawsuit

It's a cease fire...of sorts!
Bob Marley's widow Rita and their nine children have settled a trademark lawsuit with the reggae icon's half-brother Richard Booker.
The family accused Booker of using his relationship with the late Marley to promote concerts in Miami, Florida via his Mama Marley brand. Getting rich of his bro, huh?
The surviving members of the family filed a lawsuit for trademark infringement and accused Booker of unauthorized use of the singer's likeness in late 2011.
They've now settled, with Booker's lawyer telling TMZ that "This was a very sensitive case because the legacy of a great man and family were at stake. From what I have learned about Bob Marley, he would be very happy, especially that his family is now at peace. Both parties were happy with the settlement agreement."
