U2's Bono is full of maladies lately. After problems with a door on his flight last week, which is terrifying, the frontman will have surgery on his arm after injuring himself in a cycling accident in Manhattan.

U2 have had to cancel their planned week-long residency on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which was to launch tonight, (November 17). Bono had his accident in NYC, which is where the show tapes. Yikes!

The band posted this note: "Looks like we will have to do our Tonight Showresidency another time – we're one man down. Bono has injured his arm in a cycling spill in Central Park and requires some surgery to repair it. We're sure he'll make a full recovery soon, so we'll be back! Much thanks to Jimmy Fallon and everyone at the show for their understanding."

U2 were to sit in for five performances from Monday through Friday but Bono's biking accident changed those plans. That had to suck for the show to have to scramble over Bono's cycling spill. Say that five times fast!

What is your fave U2 song? Do you have Songs of Innocence?
