CartBoys Noize to Release New Album in October

Alex Ridha -- aka Boys Noize -- is gearing up for a new album out in October. He's recently produced major acts like Santigold, Scissor Sisters, Kelis and more. Besides being an influential DJ for the past 12 years or so, the Berlin-based Ridha started his own record label Boysnoize in 2005 and now has 17 artists signed, including The Faint, Spank Rock, Mixhell, Strip Steve and released tracks with for instance Erol Alkan, Mr. Oizo and Jarvis Cocker. Impressive list, no?
Ridha has a refreshing approach. He's not afraid to break new grounds, beaming a myriad of influences from his hip-hop and disco roots to create an innovatory sound. Oh yes, we likey.
