Brenda Walsh is Back?

What's old is new again. Notorious hell raising actress Shannen Doherty is reportedly in talks to return to her old stomping ground. Word is Doherty will reprise her role as Brenda Walsh in the CW's new and improved version of the classic '90s teen drama 90210.

The new 90210 will debut this fall. Doherty isn't the only alumnae from the original who will appear on the modern series. Tori Spelling will be back as Donna Martin, who owns a store that the new crew shops in. Also, Jennie Garth is scheduled to appear in a limited capacity, stepping into her old shoes as Kelly Taylor, who is now a guidance counselor at her alma mater, West Beverly High. Guest appearances by Jason Priestley and Luke Perry are currently being speculated, with no confirmation at the moment.
