Britney Spears is working on both her eighth album and her tight, trim and toned body! She achieved her svelte physique thanks to yoga.
Brit also shared that she has been going crazy with yoga, which has helped her get into shape. "I'm doing a lot of yoga right now," Brit said. "It's like my go-to between all anxiety and everything."
As for the new album, she said, "It's definitely at the beginning stages right now. But I want to definitely take this album and have a new approach with it and make it a little different than anything I've ever done."
Brit is taking risks, musically. And her body is el bangin'.
