Don't expect Britney Spears' ex-fiancé Jason Trawick to start talking shit about the pop diva. He can't, legally. He signed a confidentiality agreement when he became her co-conservator, a duty he relinquished last week when they announced that they had ended their engagement. The two had to become untangled from both personal and professional situations.
Trawick became Spears' co-conservator, a duty he shared with her father, Jamie, which left him partly responsible for her well-being, but not her finances.
Even though he signed the agreement, sources tell TMZ that Trawick wouldn't speak ill about Britney or their time together because the split is amicable.
The source of their breakup seems to be that she wanted more kids and he didn't. She has two sons - Sean Preston and Jayden James- from her marriage to Kevin Federline.
