    Another Eau de Britney is due on fragrance counters in September. Miss Spears has just launched her new scent, Radiance, which is reportedly a floral essence. "I love the feminine scent of my new perfume Radiance. It has the power to make any woman feel beautiful," the pop perfumer stated in a release. I am still in shock that Brit has created nine fragrances already. Isn't one enough?
