TMZ reports that pop tart Britney Spears wants to move an upcoming hearing with her former bodyguard Fernando Flores, who claims that Brit sexually harassed him while working for her, from civil court to probate court. What does that mean in the grand scheme of things? Brit wants to prevent the proceedings from becoming public record, which could cause some headaches for the singer down the line. It's a reasonable request, even for Brit Brit.
Spears' managerial is concerned that Flores would use the public civil court forum to reveal "confidential and personal information" in order to extort a settlement out of Spears, using her fame and her riches against her.
Do you think Brit Brit's bid for probate court will be honored? Is her ex-bodyguard a gold digger? Cue Kanye West's song here!
