Festival fever is carrying us through the fall.
The sixth annual 2013 Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival #BEMF will be doing a multi-night, multi-venue takeover on North 6th Street and the surrounding blocks in the heart of Williamsburg on November 8, 9 and 10. Venues include Output, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Glasslands, 285 Kent, Cameo and Villain.
It's fall – go to a festival. Festivals – they are not just for summer anymore.
Throughout the streets and venues of Williamsburg, #BEMF will host art installations and sculptures created by New York's most progressive talent, curated by Paul Amitai, the former Senior Curator at Eyebeam, founder and curator of the New York Festival of Electronic Composers and Improvisers, and curator-producer of work presented at Performa, ZERO1 Biennial, and FACT.
