E Street Band member Patti Scialfa was asked to contribute a song to Every Mother Counts, a compilation CD that will raise money to help improve child and maternal health in developing countries. Naturally, the flame-haired singer recruited her husband, Bruce Springsteen, to help her record the track "Children's Song."

Scialfa wrote the tune for the couple's children a while back.

Every Mother Counts hits your local Starbucks on April 12th.

Will you be nabbing a copy of Every Mother Counts?
