Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have announced the first phase of their worldwide tour beginning on October 2 in Hartford, CT. The Boss will tour in anticipation of his forthcoming record Magic, his first collaboration with the E Street in five years, due out on October 2 via Columbia Records.

But to whet fans' appetites, starting today, iTunes made Magic's first single "Radio Nowhere" available for a free download. The amped rock tune is classic Springsteen reminiscent of the glory days and, well, we're pleased that this rock institution has not let us down.
