CartBruce Springsteen Documentary Details Revealed

Some new, if small and not very informative, details about the Bruce Springsteen documentary, The Promise: The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town, have come to light. Those who have witnessed the film already told Rolling Stone that the movie opens with black and white footage of a young Bruce working in the studio on the landmark 1978 album. The documentary also boasts previously unseen studio footage as well as present day interviews with band members. The Boss is easily the best musical export from New Jersey and I am proud to call him a fellow Garden State-r.
The film is scheduled to air on HBO in October.
