Bruce Willis to Sue Apple Over Rights to iTunes Collection

Hollywood actor (and onetime singer) Bruce Willis plans to take Apple to court over the rights to his extensive iTunes collection.
Willis reportedly has a "huge" collection of digital music that he wants to bequeath to his daughters upon his death, but according to iTunes terms and conditions, users only "borrow" the music that they purchase via iTunes and upon their death, they no longer own them. Interesting, right? That's why you need to read the fine print, people.
According to The Sun, Willis is setting up a trust to hold onto his digital music.
What do you think of Apple's "borrowing" rule? Should digital music not be inheritable?
Update: though the implications of digital rights 'ownership' may be important, the Willis story is not true- according to Willis' wife
