The lawyer for pop star Bruno Mars says a court appearance that was set for the singer-songwriter, who is to appear on a Las Vegas cocaine charge, is being postponed, reports The Associated Press.
A new court date for Mars -- Peter Hernandez to his mama and close associates- is on the horizon. Mars/Hernandez is accused of having 2.6 grams of cocaine when he was arrested after a September 19 performance at a Las Vegas nightclub. If convicted on the possession of a controlled substance charge, he could face up to four years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
