Carly Rae Jepsen and Neon Trees will spend New Year's Eve in Times Square in NYC as part of the annual extravaganza known as Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, which is hosted by Ryan Seacrest. The ABC countdown begins at 10PM on the East Coast.
After midnight ET, Fergie will take over and will handle the West Coast festivities, where Brandy, Karmin, Pitbull, OneRepublic and Flo Rida will perform. More performers will be announced soon.
