Pucker up because "This Kiss" is another slam dunk from Carly Rae Jepsen.
From the jump, a big beat echoes divinely and the song exudes dance floor fire. Jepsen pristinely croons, "This kiss is something I can't resist".
It's a gorgeous refrain that reaches "Call Me Maybe" size heights with pristine pop prowess. Now, given the gravity of "Call Me Maybe", a follow-up was no easy task. However, Jepsen knocked it out of the park by maintaining the level of catchiness while treading global dance territory seamlessly.
It's a sugary, sweet anthem that begs to be devoured again and again. "This Kiss" [iTunes link]stands emblematic of just how talented Miss Jepsen is. It's beyond catchy and proof that she's bound to stay at the top of pop for a long time to come.
