Cash Money Records Co-Founders and More Express Interest In Purchasing The Atlanta Hawks

Cash Money Records co-founders and chief executives Bryan Williams and Ronald Williams, Attorney and the principal of V. Brown & Company, Inc. Vernon Brown, and seven extremely well-known FORMER & Present NFL players have expressed interest in purchasing the Atlanta Hawks.
This consortium has not made an official bid yet. However, their collective talks about extending an offer have begun. The Williams brothers and Brown alone possess the resources necessary to purchase the team, but they have reached out to various NFL stars to join them. With the exception of sports legend Michael Jordan, who owns the Charlotte Hornets, there are no African-American owners in the NBA. Former NBA player and entrepreneur Ulysses Lee "Junior" Bridgeman was previously in talks to purchase the Milwaukee Bucks, but the deal never materialized.
Outside of their Cash Money Records music, touring, and merchandise empire, Bryan and Ronald remain paragons of charity and goodwill. This year, they will host their 18th annual turkey giveaway in their native New Orleans alongside giveaways in New York, Miami, and starting next year in Atlanta. Both gentlemen continue to donate to various charitable organizations and Ronald Williams was recently named as a spokesperson for the Marfan Foundation and more.
Be on the lookout for more info about this potential offer.
