Celine Dion Sued by Ex-Employee

Canadian songbird Celine Dion is being sued by an ex-employee who claims he is owed overtime pay from 2009.
The employee, Keith Sturtevent, slapped Dion and her husband Rene Angelil with the suit, claiming he was hired as a warehouse manager, but was then labeled as an "exempt employee" on his paperwork, which means that he was not able to receive overtime pay under U.S. laws.
Still, Sturtevent says that he regularly worked over 40 hours a week at Dion's home in Florida, running errands for both the singer and her hubby. He also did manual labor around the house.
TMZ reports that he seeks overtime reimbursement. Which would seem fair, no?
Team Dion or Team Sturtevent?
