Charlie Sheen leads a charmed life. Reuters is reporting that as part of plea bargain the often-in-trouble-with-the-law actor struck with prosecutors in Aspen, Colorado, Carlitos will be able to leave jail during the day in order to coach aspiring actors at a local theater. He is expected to serve a 30-day jail sentence after the Christmas Day altercation he engaged in with estranged wife Brooke Mueller, who is mom to their twin sons, Bob and Max.
Hot Shots and Two and a Half Men give Sheen enough clout to coach actors? Okay, will give him a pass because he was terrific in Wall Street but that was two decades ago and he hasn't crossed over into the Oscar realm like Tom Hanks or achieved the cred status of Jason Lee or any other sitcom-turned-film and film-turned-sitcom actors!
Is Sheen getting off easy? Will he ever learn his lesson? What's next? Teaching pregnant teenagers how to be mothers? Parenting classes for expectant dads?
