Forget the better man. It's all about the bitter man and finding that Treasure.

R&B singer-songwriter Treasure Davis has dropped her lyric video for "May the Bitter Man Win," featuring J. Cole.

The song can be found on J. Cole's most recent mixtape, Revenge of the Dreamers, which was released this past January. The song will also live on Treasure Davis' upcoming debut album, to be released later this year on ByStorm Entertainment/RCA.

Treasure Davis sang background vocals for Keyshia Cole on a late night TV performance and then she went and worked with Keri Hilson, which lead her to go on the road with Nicki Minaj, singing with her during sold-out arena shows.

She is a master behind the mixing board too, having written for everybody from The Pussycat Dolls to Chris Brown.

Now, she is stepping into the spotlight on her own with her first album. Treasure counts Stevie Wonder as a fan and mentor, and it's not hard to see why. With influences ranging from Marvin Gaye to Cyndi Lauper, Treasure's distinctive vocals and intoxicating personality --she's like a mix of Lucille Ball and Audrey Hepburn-- set her apart from her peers.

Watch the lyric video and listen to the song below.

We love EVERYTHING about Treasure Davis.

Did you dig Treasure Davis and her "Bitter Man?"
