Overly emotional singer/dancer/actor Chris Brown has apologized for storming off the set of ABC's Good Morning America earlier this week. Brown tossed a cooler and allegedly broke a window because he was so angry about being asked about ex-girlfriend Rihanna on air. GMA claims that Brown knew about the questions beforehand but he got so incenses that he tore his shirt, in Incredible Hulk-meets-Hulk Hogan style.
"First of all, I want to apologize to anybody who was startled in the office, or anybody who was offended or really looked, and [was] disappointed at my actions, because I'm disappointed in the way I acted," Brown said, according to a transcript of his live appearance on BET's 106 & Park that was obtained by ABCNews.com.
"[I had to release] the anger that I had inside of me" Brown said about why he reacted so volatilely to the RiRi questions as he claims he thought the questions would be focused on the album and not the incident. "Yes, I got very emotional," he said on 106 & Park. "And I apologize for acting like that."
All is forgiven, as GMA has invited Brown back.
