Last week, R&B superstar Chris Brown admitted to violating his probation, related to the Rihanna beating case. The embattled singer was sentenced to a year in jail for that offense. He was facing four possible years in jail, but only got one. He also received credit for time already served.

So there is a silver lining to this dark cloud.

The credits include the 116 days he spent in rehab, in which he underwent court-ordered treatment for anger management, as well as the 59 days he has been behind bars this year. That left him with 131 days to serve.

While finishing his sentence, Breezy must attend twice-weekly therapy sessions and take random drug tests three times weekly.

Hopefully, that course of action will help him get his life together! We wish him the best.

What do you think of Breezy's sentence? This should stall his career and his delayed X album, but remember, America LOVES a comeback.
