Ut oh. Tsk tsk to news websites looking for scoops and scandals!

Singer Christina Aguilera is not having any of this! After MediaTakeOut.com posted a photo of her son Max with what appeared to be a black eye earlier this week, along with the headline "Child Abuse????," the singer's lawyer sent a letter to those who run the site, stating: "Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself....To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable."

Irresponsible "journalism" is what we call it. Xtina's legal eagle also threatened legal action against the site.

In response, the website has since removed the reference to child abuse from the story.

It is said that little Max fell while playing at a park, which is normally and totally believable.

Do you think Christina Aguilera should sue?
