CartChubby Checker Suing Hewlett-Packard Over App

Music icon Chubby Checker has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard over an app that estimates penis size based on shoe size.
The app is named after Checker, and he is not having any of it.
Checker's lawyers claim H-P's marketing team has done "irreparable damage and harm" to the rocker and his rep.
Would you use the Chubby Checker app to check penis size? Ridic, right?
