Last week, Coldplay announced seven stadium dates for the U.S. leg of their A Head Full of Dreams Tour. Now it seems like that wasn't enough for fans, and the British rock band has added three new shows to the tour, adding a second night at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium on July 17th, a second night at Chicago's Soldier Field on July 24th, and a second night at the Rose Bowl in Padadena, California on August 21st.
The U.S. leg of the concert series will follow the tour's second leg in Europe and its first in Latin America. The first Latin American show is set for March 31st in La Plata, Argentina and the final concert will be in Mexico City on April 17th. While on the European leg, Coldplay will play 20 shows, beginning with a concert in Nice, France, on May 24th and wrapping in Copenhagen, Denmark on July 6th. The U.S. leg of the tour begins on July 16th at MetLife Stadium and ends September 3rd at Levi's Stadium in the Bay Area.
Coldplay will also perform at the halftime show of this year's Super Bowl, which occurs on February 7th at Santa Clara, California's Levi's Stadium. The festivities can be watched on CBS beginning at 3:30 p.m. P.T. To promote the band's Super Bowl 50 performance, Chris Martin joined James Corden on a little karaoke adventure. Watch it below:
