Girls just want to have fun, and then write books about their life experiences and lessons.
'80s-era singer Cyndi Lauper will be releasing her autobiography later this year! While Lauper has been active for several decades, the '80s were her biggest period.
The book will drop via Atria books.
The memoir will trace her whole life, from her childhood through to finding fame in the 1980s, along with the highs and lows, ebbs and flows of her professional and personal lives.
In a statement issued to The Associated Press, the singer said, "Sometimes I come off good, sometimes not so good." We love you, Miss Lauper, and think you are always good.
