D'Angelo and Ne-Yo will serve as the headliners for the 2013 Soul Beach Music Festival in Aruba, which is three nights and will take place over Memorial Day weekend. D'Angelo will commandeer the main stage on May 25, whereas Ne-Yo will headline on May 26.
It's more than just a music festival, since it will include live radio broadcasts and daytime beach parties! FUN!
