Rumors are circulating that a Russian billionaire paid the Lady Gaga $1 million to appear in the controversial video for "Alejandro." That stone-faced guy dressed like a Nazi soldier? Yep, he supposedly paid a cool million in order to play the role.

The 30-year-old mystery billionaire, identified only as "Arkady," is a huge fan of the pop star. Apparently, if he was willing to part with $1 million to be in her video, he certainly earns the "Lady Gaga Fan of the Year" award, that's for certain. When asked, Arkady said, "Yes it was me in the clip, but I can't give further details." So he signed some sort of confidentiality agreement perhaps?

Would you spend money to appear in a Lady Gaga video? Man, I wish I had that kind of expendable income.
