Dirty Projectors will release Swing Lo Magellan on July 10. It follows 2009's Bitte Orca. We love the title Swing Lo Magellan. We keep hearing the melody for "Swing low, sweet chariot" in our ears when we look at it.

Dave Longstreth wrote, recorded, produced and mixed the album, with input from the other band members, which include Amber Coffman, Haley Dekle, Nat Baldwin, and Brian McOmber. Turns out that Angel Deradoorian is "on hiatus" from the band right now.

    Track Listing:

    Offspring Are Blank
    About to Die
    Gun Has No Trigger
    Swing Lo Magellan
    Just From Chevron
    Dance for You
    Maybe That Was It
    Impregnable Question
    See What She Seeing
    The Socialites
    Unto Caesar
    Irresponsible Tune

Which track title do you like best?
