Heavy Rotation sued rapper DMX last year over a comeback tour which was tabled because he was facing legal troubles and couldn't tour. The company was seeking $749,285 in damages to recoup funds lost in mess, but they've now voluntarily withdrawn their complaint and the suit has been dismissed. End o' story.
