Currently in Manchester, England, Drake's Boy Meets World Tour has been making the local news for more than bringing music to the masses.
It was reported in the Manchester Evening News that the rapper's bus was caught up in traffic caused by Police blocking off roads surrounding a bridge. When it was revealed that the cause of the delays was a distressed man, standing on the wrong side of the bridge barrier, Drake volunteered to speak with the man with the hopes of guiding him to safety.
Speaking with the press Inspector Phil Spurgeon said, "One officer was approached by a male from a tour van caught up in the traffic congestion, claiming to be part of Drake's entourage. He offered for Drake to speak to the male on the bridge, if that would help. The offer was declined with thanks."
Despite Drake's good Samaritan offer being declined, the story does have a happy ending. It is reported that the man was eventually safely escorted off the bridge. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Drake is currently in Europe for the Boy Meets World Tour with a show at London's O2 Arena tonight, followed by a couple of nights in Dublin, before returning to the UK. After shows in Birmingham he will head to mainland Europe to share material from his entire catalog but with a firm focus on his record-breaking album Views.
